Cancellation Prior to Dispatch: You may request a full cancellation and refund at any time before your order has been dispatched from our warehouse (typically within the 1-3 business day processing window). Cancellation After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our carriers (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) and a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, you must receive the package and follow our Right of Withdrawal process to return the goods to our Malaysian facility.
Refund Processing: All approved cancellations will be refunded in full to the original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Digital Wallet). Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Hygiene Condition: Due to the nature of bedding products, items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, items that have been used or washed cannot be accepted for return under the “Right of Withdrawal” unless they are defective.
